Marissiko Wheaton-Greer, PhD
CO-FOUNDER
Marissiko earned her B.A. in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine before going on to attain her M.A. in Higher Education/Student Personnel Administration from New York University. She completed her Ph.D in Urban Education Policy at the University of Southern California (USC) where her dissertation focused on the racialized experiences of student organizers. Marissiko's research and practice specialize in equity-oriented leadership, identity development and organizational capacity-building. In addition to operating Greer Consulting, Marissiko is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for National CORE. Prior to this role, she served as Assistant Dean at Scripps College and Postdoctoral Scholar at the Center for Urban Education (CUE) and the USC’s Race & Equity Center. Marissiko also serves as an Adjunct Professor.

Vince Greer, M.Ed
CO-FOUNDER
Vince’s career totals nearly 20 years of experience working within higher education/academia and he has a specific content focus and expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In his first stint at Claremont McKenna College’s (CMC), he served as the Inaugural Dean for Diversity and Inclusion. He now is the current Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs for Dialogue and Diversity at CMC. Prior to his current appointment, Vince worked in various progressive roles and responsibilities over the course of his career including most recently as the Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students at the neighboring Pitzer College. Vince also has professional stints at DePauw University, Simmons College, Northeastern University and Brown University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing from DePauw University, and earned his M.Ed with a Higher Education Administration Specialization from Northeastern University.
